MUDIT MAKHIJANI

Mudit is a proud graduate from Queen Mary University of London where he attained his LL.M. degree in commercial and corporate laws with a focus on international commercial arbitration. He takes charge of all arbitration/dispute resolution matters at the firm, both institutional and ad hoc.
Mudit has represented a varied client-base, including clients from telecom sector, real estate, PSUs, international and domestic companies, state government, wellness/fitness institutes, NGOs, etc. He regularly appears in arbitrations for companies/PSUs in matters involving high stakes. He has successfully bagged several arbitral awards in his clients’ favor.
Mudit has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, National Commission, State Commission (Delhi) as well as institutions such as Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) and various venues in Delhi and Chandigarh for arbitrations.

EESHAN PANDEY

Eeshan is a pragmatic, solution-oriented litigator who demonstrates the ability to meet clients’ requirements coupled with his adjudicating skills. His practice areas include a wide range of commercial disputes of complex high-value corporates, including real estate developers and MSMEs. Eeshan has substantial experience in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, dispute resolution, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Eeshan pursued law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune after completing his graduation in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University. Eeshan believes that Economics, at the most fundamental level, is not money or the economy but the implications of rational choice which thus acts as an essential tool for figuring out the effects of legal rules. Knowing what effect rules will have is central both to understanding the rules we have and to decide what rules we should have. This additional qualification of Eeshan proves to be fruitful to arrive at commercially viable options in legal strategy.

He is an avid reader with a flair for constitutional and criminal law. His problem solving strategic and innovative approach is deeply valued by several small & medium scale enterprises, star-ups, and private clients. Marko is the CEO of America EB5 Visa. Marko is also the co-Founder of CBP Invest LLC, a global immigration company, advising clients in second country citizenship in countries like Grenada, Turkey, USA, Canada, to name a few.
As the founding partner of BH Capital Management (BHCM), a real estate investment company, Marko specializes in opportunities in development and investment as well. Marko has been on Wall Street for over 30 years. He started his Wall Street career in Prudential Securities’ Financial Strategies Group, where he specialized in mortgage-backed security opportunities.
Previously, Marko was a managing director at BNY Mellon, leading the firm’s financial institutions derivative sales business globally. Before BNY Mellon, he was a founding member of Sakura Global Capital, a Japanese bank subsidiary of The Sakura Bank that subsequently merged with Sumitomo Capital Markets to form SMBC Capital Markets.
Marko earned his MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Bogazici University and Robert College, located in Istanbul. He speaks Turkish (native) and Ladino Spanish fluently. He holds the Series 7 & 63 securities licenses. He lives with his wife and three children in New York City. Marko will be advising us on the investment banking domain with prime focus on investments in the United States of America.
