INSOLVENCY & BANKRUPTCY

The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) was introduced in our legal system in the year 2016. The IBC offers a uniform, comprehensive insolvency legislation encompassing all companies, partnerships, and individuals.

We have a team of experienced insolvency and bankruptcy lawyers who have been handling cases for and against operational creditors in a time-bound and cost-effective manner.
